Shipping & Returns

  1. Thank you for shopping with HOSS. After your order is received. We will prepare the package for delivery and send it to our logistic partner. This process will take between one (1) to three (3) business day from the date and time of receiving your order.
  2. All orders are shipped using our chosen logistics partner. Once dispatched out, the tracking information will be updated in the system for your perusal. You may access this when you are logged into your HOSS shoppers account.
  3. Cost of shipping is automatically calculated by the total weight of your order. There are times when we offer free shipping or discounted shipping should your order amount exceeds a specific advertised threshold. This too will be automatically shown in your order.
  4. During this Covid-19 period do allow for between five (5) to fourteen (14) business days from the date of dispatch unless specified otherwise in the item description.
  5. If by chance you have still not received your order after 45 working days due to goods being Lost-in-delivery, you are advised to contact our Customer Service Team. We can then assist in tracking your order and advising on the status of the parcel's delivery.
